At Zora, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective)

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Personal use items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Mobile wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash

  • Customers must provide bank account details or mobile wallet information for refund processing

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect product received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
